Yadda Ake Cin Eel Gasashe

Gasasshen eel wani nau'in abincin teku ne da ake shiryawa ta hanyar gasawa sannan a daskare shi don kiyaye sabo. Sinadarin da ya shahara a cikin abincin Japan, musamman a cikin abinci kamar unagi sushi ko unadon (eel da aka gasa a kan shinkafa).
